80" Heavyweight Tri-Lam English Longbow Raw Parts Kit

Make a performing beauty from this kit:
Parts can yield bows up to 150 pounds (and below)

1 3/8" - 1 1/2" wide and thick to produce heavy numbers. Use the English longbow instructionals to build this bow except make it a Heavy weight bow. Or use our New English Longbow making DVD for guidance.

The kit is approx. 78-80" long, approx. 1 3/8"-1 1/2" " wide and includes bamboo or hickory. backing strip, Tapered Ipe center core, Pre tapered Hickory/Hard Maple belly core and strike plate

The belly core and center core are both pre-tapered to make your job of tillering much easier.


Our simple instructional available for the English Longbow will tell you everything you need to know about gluing and tillering this kit. Except make the bow a heavier weight than the regular English bow. Look under books and videos for the instructional booklet or our new DVD "Making the English Longbow Made Simple" (!)
This kit can also be used for a very sharp looking flatbow.
