Shipping policy
If you are shopping from an EU country VAT (sales tax) will be added at the checkout.
Outside EU countries at this point in time are not charged Dutch VAT (sales Tax)
All shipping rates depend on weight, not on the value of the goods inside the package.
The rates will be calculated by the shop.
As an Indication: USA: Shipping packages up to the length of arrows will cost approx. $35,= .Ā Longer packages, up to the length of a longbow could cost approx. $90,=

Made to measure products take time. Most products we sell are hand made, leather quivers, bows, arrows, all done by excellent craftsmen. Often these are not on stock. (using a drop down menu to create a product to your specific wishes is a good indicator).
We use the following guidelines:
Bows: 30 weeks, Arrows: 10 weeks, Quivers: 7 weeks.
If you need a specific product Now, let us know, and we can check stock for you and get a near-exact delivery time.
Returning products
We honour our promise of a 14 days 'no-questions-asked' refund policy.
There are always some rules and small print. These are listed here:
Products that you bought through Fairbow, can without any reason within seven (14) days upon receipt be returned if the purchase was not used, in the original packaging and condition.
The buyer may within seven (14) working days after the order revoke his order, without payment of a penalty and without giving any reason. Provided sufficient postage to us. The buyer also has the option to get a refund for the order amount, if already paid. To do this, you have to contact Fairbow within seven (14) days of receipt at the delivery address.
When a product has received an error, it will be exchanged by Fairbow for the exact same product, provided the purchase was not used, and in the original packaging. Unless the product is out of stock or "end of life" or a unique item. The buyer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, if already paid. To do this, you have to contact Fairbow within seven (14) days of receipt at the delivery address.
