Winter has struck us by surprise here in The Netherlands. 
As the Netherlands is usualy marshes, swampy wetland, somehow snow caught us by surprise. The couriers have delays, and pick-ups of your orders is not going as smoothly as we had wished. Please bear with us, until they get their act together...
